After his first Civil War of his young Oregon career, redshirt freshman quarterback Marcus Mariota told reporters after Saturday’s game he enjoyed the experience and the rowdy nature of the crowd.
After last weeks disappointing loss to Stanford, Mariota returned to the field with a purpose and led the Ducks to a crushing 48-24 victory over Oregon State.
On the day, Mariota was 17 of 24 for 140 yards and 1 scoring strike to wide receiver B.J. Kelly.
In his post game press briefing, Mariota talked about his renewed focus after the Stanford loss, as well as the performance of his offensive line.
