Culture and process within the Oregon football program are real and tangible things.
They’re not just arbitrary terms easily tossed around when recruiting top talent from around the country.
Head coach Mario Cristobal has injected his masterful inspiration and roadmap to success into Duck football that is truly taking hold and making a difference, on and off the field.
When asked about his teams preparation and preparedness for Saturday’s clash with Stanford, Cristobal said it begins and ends with the process.
“For us, the process just doesn’t stop” he said.
“It actually goes through the game, it really does. The preparation part of it anyways,…and that was the strong message we had for our players. It starts with leadership and it carries over to process,…and with that, attention to detail and all of the things that go with what we do to prepare for a game.”
