For fans attending today’s Pac-12 Football Championship in Las Vegas at Allegiant Stadium, here’s a glimpse at what’s going on inside of the stadium and outside prior to kickoff.
GATES AND TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION
- Parking Lots – All parking lots for Allegiant Stadium will open at 2 p.m. PT.
- Road Closure – Mandalay Bay Road will close at 1:30 p.m. PT on Friday, Dec. 3 between Allegiant Stadium and Las Vegas Blvd.
- Gates Open – All public gates for Allegiant Stadium will open at 3 p.m. PT. No re-entry will be permitted.
- Bag Policy – All bags must be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and must not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” for Allegiant Stadium.
- Small clutch bags, 4.5” x 6.5” x 2” can be taken into the stadium in addition to one of the approved clear bags described above.
- An exception will be made for any necessary medical items, but all such items are subject to inspection prior to entry into Allegiant Stadium. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, seat cushions, luggage of any kind, computer bags, and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.
- Ticket Windows & Will Call – Ticket windows at Allegiant Stadium will open at 1 p.m. PT. Pac-12 will call will open at 1 p.m. PT while university will call will open at 3 p.m. PT. University will call for Oregon and Utah will be located next to the Ticketmaster box office.
- Health Authority Protocols – The Pac-12 Football Championship Game will follow local health authority protocols in Las Vegas. Currently, all fans must wear masks at public indoor venues, and that includes Allegiant Stadium.
ENTERTAINMENT INFORMATION
- Showtime – In-stadium pregame entertainment is set to begin at approximately 4:10 p.m. PT, with fans suggested to find their seats early.
- Pregame Pac-12 Hall of Honor Ceremony – Prior to the start of the game, the Pac-12 will formally induct its 2020 Hall of Honor class with a special on-field ceremony. The 2020 class was previously set to be inducted during a special ceremony prior to the 2020 Pac-12 Men’s Basketball Tournament, however the induction was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
- The 2020 class consists of Sean Rooks, posthumously (Arizona), Melissa Belote Ripley (Arizona State), Don Bowden (California), Bill Marolt (Colorado), Dan Fouts (Oregon), Joni Huntley (Oregon State), Jennifer Azzi (Stanford), Jonathan Ogden (UCLA), Barbara Hedges (USC), Kathy Kreiner-Phillips (Utah), Lincoln Kennedy (Washington) and Jeanna Eggart Helfer (Washington State).
- The special ceremony will include a musical performance from Lorena Peril of the award-winning show, FANTASY, at Luxor Hotel and Casino.
- Color Guard & National Anthem – The National Anthem will be performed by Kodi Lee, winner of the 14th season of America’s Got Talent and headliner of the America’s Got Talent Las Vegas LIVE show at Luxor Hotel and Casino. Colors will be presented by the Creech Air Force Base Color Guard.
- Dr Pepper Halftime Tuition Toss – Halftime entertainment will include the Dr Pepper Tuition Toss where two finalist contestants will compete to win $100,000 in tuition.
- 7 Seconds to Catch 6 – During the game, one lucky fan will compete in this 76®-sponsored promotion for a chance to win $7,600 in gas cards
- Jabbawockeez – The world-famous dance crew and headliners of their own resident show at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas are set to provide a special halftime performance.
- Pac-12 Olympians – Several Pac-12 Olympians will be on-site at the event with an in-game recognition during a break in the action.
- School Band Performances – Oregon and Utah bands are set to perform throughout the pregame and halftime ceremonies.
- Postgame Celebration – Following the game, a special ceremony will take place on the field as the 2021 Pac-12 Football Championship trophy and 2021 Pac-12 Football Championship Most Valuable Player awards are presented.
PAC-12 PLAZA
- Pac-12 Plaza – Pac-12 Plaza at Allegiant Stadium will be located at North Gate entrance and will open to fans at 3 p.m. PT.
- The Trophy – Fans will have the chance to take a photo with the Pac-12 Football Championship trophy, to enjoy several shareable photo opportunities.
- #Pac12FCG – Fans who share their photos with the hashtag #Pac12FCG on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram will have the chance to be featured on the video board at Allegiant Stadium.
- Pac-12 Partners – Fans visiting Pac-12 Plaza will also be invited to interact with several on-site activations from Pac-12 partners, including 76®, Jockey, Old Trapper and Unifi.
