(HALFTIME UPDATE) – NO. 25 OREGON LEADS NO. 12 BYU 24-7 – Ducks Offensive Line Making the Difference

This was by far the best 30 minutes of football Oregon has played this season on both sides of the ball.

Oregon has used its offensive line to bully BYU down the field and has scored three touchdowns, two scoring runs from Bo Nix and the Ducks lead by 17 over the No. 12 Cougars.

The big revelation has been running back Jordan James, who has converted two fourth downs and 29 yards overall.

Bucky Irving leads the Ducks with 53 rushing yards.

Bo Nix is an efficient 8-of-9 for 135 yards, one touchdown through the air, and those pair of rushing touchdowns, both from two yards out.

The defense has also been stout, holding BYU out of the end zone except for one drive that cut the lead to 10-7 early in the second quarter.

The Ducks receive the ball to open the second half and with a touchdown, this game could be put on ice.
