We’re almost there.
Oregon and North Carolina are set to meet in the Holiday Bowl Dec. 28.
Both coaches, Dan Lanning and Mack Brown, are set to have their press conferences this morning inside of Petco Park.
The Ducks will conduct their official walkthrough of Petco Park prior to the interviews.
It won’t be a normal walkthrough as Petco is the home of the MLB San Diego Padres.
Be sure both teams will pay close attention to the outfield wall that will be just a couple of feet (if that!) beyond the “Oregon” end zone.
ODFN’s Warren Williamson will be on hand for all the coverage and the website will publish its game preview full of quotes from both teams as well as our official score prediction for the game.
On Monday, the Ducks took some time away from practice to tour the USS Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier. Ship crew were aboard to give the tour and provide the players with a first-hand look at how the carrier operates when shooting and landing aircraft off the vessel.
