The most action-packed day of the year for the University of Oregon athletic department is finally here.
It’s “Duck Day”.
Headlined by the annual Oregon football Spring Game at 1 p.m. PT at Autzen Stadium, “Duck Day” will feature events and activities for fans to attend across campus throughout the entirety of the day.
Below is a breakdown of everything fans need to know going into Saturday.

10:00 AM | Oregon Relays (T&F) begin at Hayward Field |

11:00 AM | Oregon Soccer vs. Seattle U at Papé Field |
11:00 AM – 1:00 PM | Pre-game Fan Fest |
11:00 AM | Fan shuttles to Autzen begin running from Valley River Center |
12:00 PM | Autzen Stadium gates open |
1:00 PM | Oregon Football Spring Game begins |
Following Spring Game | Common Kings live concert on HDC practice fields |
3:00 PM | Oregon Baseball vs. Washington State at PK Park |
4:15 PM | High Performance Window begins at Oregon Relays (Hayward) |
5:00 PM | Oregon Softball vs. Washington at Jane Sanders Stadium |
Spring Game Admission & Parking
- Admission for the Spring Game is free.
- Fans are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to donate to Food For Lane County.
- Public parking will open at 10:30 AM in the Autzen Stadium East parking lot.
- Parking is $5 for those who purchase ahead of time using the link below:
- Parking will be $10 on gameday for those who do not purchase ahead of time. Cash only.
Pre-Game Fan Fest
- Open from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- Moshofsky Center
- Activities hosted by the US Army & University of Oregon ROTC.
- Inflatables such as obstacle courses, football toss, slide, bungee and much more! Kids can also enjoy airbrush face painters and balloon artists.
- Moshofsky Plaza
- Display setups from the US Air National Guard, US Marine Corps, Army National Guard, US Navy, and more!
- Highlights include a Howitzer Cannon, Bradley Fighting Vehicle, High Mobility Vehicle, and a Zodiac.
- Autzen South Gate
- Activities hosted by Eugene Springfield Fire & EMTs.
- Fans can “get in gear,” tour an ambulance, or pick up a fire hose and take aim at opposing team targets.

- Fans can tweet a photo of their tailgate using #LaMikesTailgate and tagging @oregonfootball.
- James will pick a winner and will stop by the tailgate to give out Oregon gear.
- Photos must be submitted by 12 noon.
Spring Game In-Game Programming
- National Anthem
- Helicopter flyover from the US Coast Guard.
- Coin Toss
- Former Oregon football head coach Rich Brooks will be doing the pregame coin toss.
- Game Format
- Four (4) 15-minute quarters.
- Running clock except for scores, penalties, change of possession and the last three minutes of each half.
- 12-minute halftime.
- Honorary Captains
- Green Team – La’Michael James (OC) & Arik Armstead (DC)
- Yellow Team – De’Anthony Thomas (OC) & Haloti Ngata (DC)
- The honorary captains will call plays during the third quarter.
- Rosters
- The Green and Yellow team rosters are being revealed by position groups on the @oregonfootball social media channels in the days leading up to the Spring Game.
- Fan Engagement
- Pac-12 Network commercial breaks will be filled with behind-the-scenes footage from spring practices, sideline interviews with UO football alumni, and various military activations on the Autzen Stadium video board.
- Halftime
- Congratulate Private First Class White from the US National Guard in her promotion of rank to Specialist with a short ceremony.
- Selected fans will have the opportunity to compete in a 40-yard dash with defensive back Darren Barkins.
- The UO Marching Band, UO Spirit and The Duck will be in attendance and playing your favorite tunes.
Postgame Activities
- Fans are invited to stay after the Spring Game to watch the coveted gift exchange between 120 active duty military, first responders, and the football team.
- Live concert featuring the reggae band Common Kings will begin following the Spring Game on the HDC Practice Fields.
