EIGHT PAC-12 TEAMS SELECTED TO GO BOWLING TO END THE FINAL SEASON OF CONFERENCE PLAY – Oregon to the Fiesta Bowl and Washington to the College Football Playoff as the Headliners

It really has been a great football season for the Pac-12.

It was not only a fantastic season of competition from top to bottom, but it was also a season of incredibly stellar play leading to an exciting end.

As the curtain begins to fall on the Pac-12 as we know it, eight conference teams have been selected for post-season play.

Two of which will compete at the highest level.

Washington ( 13-0 ) to the College Football Playoff against Texas in the Sugar Bowl and Oregon ( 11-2 ) will travel to Glendale, Arizona to face the Liberty Flames ( 13-0 ) in the Fiesta Bowl.

It’s certainly been a season to remember.

  • No. 8 OREGON (11-2) vs. No. 23 Liberty (13-0)
  • OREGON will be looking for their first 12-win season since 2019 when they face No. 23 Liberty (13-0) in the VRBO Fiesta Bowl on Monday, January 1 on ESPN.  The Ducks are 2-1 all-time in the Fiesta Bowl with wins in the 2001 and 2012 seasons and will be facing the Conference USA champion Flames for the first time in school history.  This is Oregon’s 14th ever appearance in a New Year’s Six Bowl
